The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the contract of sale is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of your order. For this reason, METSISTEM ELDA S.L. (from now on METSISTEM), recommends that you read the full legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.
This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Commerce Services, taking into account Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the organisation of retail commerce, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and Law 3/2014, of 27 March.
The contracting conditions are as follows:
Characteristics of the products: The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen together with their visual identification.
Prices: The current prices shown on the website at the time the order is placed will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each one of them. VAT is included, this will be broken down later in the purchase process.
Languages in which orders can be placed: Spanish-English
The steps to follow to place an order: You must select the items you are interested in and click on the "add to cart" button to add them to the shopping cart. At any time you can view the contents of the shopping cart, where you can see the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order you can correct, change or cancel the selected products.
When you have finished choosing products, click on the option "go to basket" and "process order".
If you are registered as a user you will have to inform your credentials, otherwise you will have to provide your e-mail and create an account with your personal data.
Once the user's details have been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the delivery method chosen.
Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Terms of Purchase by checking an acceptance box.
As a last step you will have to choose the payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.
Order tracking: Once the order has been placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed via the Internet until it has been delivered.
Confirmation of Order Reception: Each time the company receives an order, a confirmation of receipt email is sent immediately.
Methods of payment: METSISTEM has several ways of accepting order payments. Each with very high security standards to ensure payment with confidence. The payment of the price of the products will be made by one of the ways indicated below:
Payment by credit card: Visa, or MasterCard. The customer can choose to pay by credit card, so that the operation will be confirmed at the time of the order.
Payment by bank transfer: The customer must make a bank transfer for the total amount of the operation to the account indicated by the seller. A maximum period of three working days from the confirmation of the order is established to receive the amount. If after this period the transfer has not been made effective, the order will be automatically cancelled and the contract will be understood to be terminated. DNI or NIF and name of the natural or legal person to whom the order must be invoiced.
Order number, assigned automatically by the system at the end of the purchase process, in the concept of the transfer.

Methods of shipment, delivery time and transport:
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the Web. The shipping costs will appear for your express acceptance before the end of the purchase process and once the user has provided the shipping address of the order. You will be able to see the expenses consigned in the invoice. In case of return of the goods (Art.44 of the Law on the Regulation of Retail Trade), the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
The shipment of the order will be pending until all the products are available. If the customer wants to receive partial orders, he must contact METSISTEM to be informed of the operation to be followed. To avoid delays in the delivery of available products, METSISTEM recommends not mixing reserve products with available products from the catalogue and placing separate orders.
Delivery and transport time: METSISTEM uses for its shipments the agency MRW and UPS.
The average delivery time is the day after making the purchase depending on the delivery address for products that are in our warehouses, for the rest of the products can go from 48 hours to 15 working days. The orders paid by card are sent on the same day as long as the time of the order is before 18:00 from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays we also send orders and the maximum time to send the orders is 13:00.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands and outside of mainland Spain may be delayed by 24-72 hours in addition to the times indicated on our website and will incur an increase in SHIPPING COSTS according to weight and cubic capacity.
Price policy: METSISTEM unilaterally reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered through this website. The prices in force in the advertising coinciding with the moment of formalising the order will be applied to guarantee the customer the veracity of the price of the products.
